Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). Enjoy teaching and playing with kids. Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation. Strong time management and communication skills. Able to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines. Must be punctual and responsive. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs and perform physical activities like kneeling, bending, standing, walking, and playing with children. Behavior Therapists Candidates may earn a bonus by meeting one of the following requirements: Complete the Central Reach 40-hour RBT Training Course; or Provide official documentation showing at least 30 hours of prior paraprofessional training completed before starting employment with the company. Bonus eligibility is as follows: $200 bonus if one of the above requirements is met within 1 week of completing orientation $100 bonus if one of the above requirements is met within 2 weeks of completing orientation All bonuses are payable 60 days after orientation, provided the employee remains actively employed at that time. Suitable evidence of completion of paraprofessional training can be a BACB training course certificate, training log signed by a supervising QAS provider.
