Market context

Per-diem behavioral support roles remain specialized

In New York, per-diem Behavioral Support Consultant roles are often tied to schools and student support needs that can fluctuate during the year, so openings may appear when districts need flexible coverage. These roles are competitive because employers look for candidates who can build and carry out behavior support plans using Applied Behavior Analysis methods, and who bring the required bachelor’s degree with a master’s preferred. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then confirm your ABA experience and prepare a concise example of a behavior plan you helped implement.
