In this role, you will facilitate climbing wall programs, encourage participant growth and confidence, and ensure a safe environment for all climbers and spectators. What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise climbing wall programs and activities.
Ensure the safety of participants through proper use of equipment and adherence to established procedures.
Provide instruction, encouragement, and support to climbers of varying skill levels.
Monitor climbing areas and maintain a safe environment for participants and spectators.
Assist with equipment inspections, setup, and general maintenance of the climbing area.
Attend required trainings, meetings, and certifications as assigned.
