About the role

Lead and supervise climbing wall programs while ensuring the safety of all participants and spectators. Provide instruction and support to climbers of various skill levels and maintain the climbing area equipment.

Join our team as a Climbing Wall Instructor and help create unique, purpose-filled, safe, and rewarding experiences that support a healthy spirit, mind, and body. In this role, you will facilitate climbing wall programs, encourage participant growth and confidence, and ensure a safe environment for all climbers and spectators. What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise climbing wall programs and activities.

Ensure the safety of participants through proper use of equipment and adherence to established procedures.

Provide instruction, encouragement, and support to climbers of varying skill levels.

Monitor climbing areas and maintain a safe environment for participants and spectators.

Assist with equipment inspections, setup, and general maintenance of the climbing area.

Attend required trainings, meetings, and certifications as assigned.

Schedule

  • Monday-Thursday: 3:30pm-7:15pm
  • Saturdays: 9:00am-1:15pm

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Indoor climbing experience, preferred.
  • Willingness to attend meetings, training, and obtain additional certification as requested.

Ability to perform all physical aspects of the position; including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting. Individuals in this position may be subject to loud facilities. Requirements
