Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for 4K students Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive development Observe, assess, and document each child's developmental progress and milestones Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and classroom activities Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom setting Collaborate with school leadership and fellow educators to uphold Goddard School standards and best practices
