About the role

Plan and conduct volleyball practice sessions, conditioning programs, and competitive events for the JV girls team. Monitor athlete performance while ensuring their safety, academic balance, and adherence to institutional rules.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions, conditioning programs, and competitive events.
  • Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and techniques specific to the sport.
  • Monitor and assess athletes’ performance, development, and fitness levels.
  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and academic balance of all team members.
  • Maintain discipline, respect, and positive team culture among athletes.
  • Scout and recruit potential athletes (if applicable).
  • Coordinate with athletic trainers, academic staff, and other coaches.
  • Maintain equipment, uniforms, and facilities related to the sport.
