About the role

Provide one-on-one math tutoring for students in grades 6-12, covering subjects from Pre-Algebra to Calculus and Statistics. Responsibilities include interpreting assessment results to inform instruction and maintaining communication with families.

We place experienced math experts with 6th–12th grade students. We handle all client matching, scheduling, and billing so you focus on delivering high-level instruction.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one math tutoring for middle and high school students (grades 6–12). Read and interpret student assessment results to inform instruction. Apply targeted teaching strategies based on assessment reports and student needs. Deliver curriculum from Pre-Algebra through Calculus, Statistics, and beyond. Align instruction with school curriculum and individual student academic goals. Track progress and maintain proactive communication with families and our team.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Science, or a related field required.

Experience

4+ years of professional math tutoring or teaching experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degrees (Masters/PhD), general teaching credentials, or special education credentials; proficiency in AP/IB-level Calculus or Statistics.

Expectations

Deep subject matter expertise, reliability, and effectiveness with adolescents.
