We're growing across Colorado's Front Range and are looking for compassionate, motivated RBTs who are ready to make an impact while advancing their careers in a positive and supportive environment. Receive a $500 sign-on bonus after your first 90 days with us! What You'll Do As an RBT, you'll work directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to help them achieve meaningful progress. Your responsibilities include:
  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings
  • Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills
  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collect accurate session data and document client progress
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
  • Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies
  • Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices
  • Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings

  • What We're Looking For We're looking for professionals who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing exceptional care. Required
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
  • (Applicants must already be certified.)
  • Preferred
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
  • ABA or behavioral health experience
  • Experience using CentralReach (preferred but not required)

  • Physical Requirements This position involves active engagement with clients and may require:
  • Sitting, kneeling, bending, squatting, and moving throughout sessions

  • Safely implementing behavior intervention strategies when needed
  • Working in home and community environments with varying activity level

Requirements

Applicants must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and familiarity with CentralReach is preferred.
