The Service Coordinator develops and implements Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) for children ages 0–3 and their families. They serve as the primary point of contact to coordinate services, advocate for family needs, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Work Environment & Expectations
This is a hybrid position, with a mix of remote work and in-person family visits within Broomfield, Boulder, and Gilpin Counties.
Team members attend a monthly in-person meeting at our Lafayette office.
All duties are designed to be completed within a standard 40-hour work week. Overtime must be pre-approved.
Must be comfortable working in a changing, fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, empathy, and resilience.
