  • This position is responsible for: Providing childcare services for adolescents including personal care, hygiene, learning, developmental activities, and specialized programs. Plans, develops activities; prepares and maintains records; meets with Leads/Case Managers to discuss progress of children. Utilizes positive parenting practices in dealing with negative behaviors of children. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of property.

  • Experience: · High school diploma or G.E.D. AND · Two years’ Childcare experience (experience with teens preferred) with knowledge of the principles and practices of Child Behavior and Development, OR · any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
