Prefers a Master’s degree in a related field plus 1 year of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2 years of related experience, an Associate’s degree (or equivalent credits) in a related field plus 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma and 10 years of related experience.
Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and experience in coaching or workforce development. Education requirements vary from a high school diploma with 10 years of experience to a Master's degree with 1 year of experience.
