About the role

The Lead Teacher is responsible for providing supervision, care, and age-appropriate curriculum implementation for children. They must maintain positive relationships with parents and co-workers while ensuring a safe and loving classroom environment.

Some of the responsibilities for this role include the following

Providing supervision and care to our children. Implementing age-appropriate curriculum for children. Follow all state childcare licensing regulations. Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and co-workers. Help children to develop self-help skills. Create a fun, exciting, and loving classroom environment for children to thrive in.
