Assist the Head Coach in designing and leading swim team workouts to improve member technique. Manage participant registration and ensure the cleanliness and order of the aquatics facilities.
As an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach, you must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will help our Swim Team members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. You will work with the Head Swim Team Coach to write and head Swim Team Group Workouts. You will help the Head Swim Team Coach register new participants for the Team and maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED
Lifeguard certification to StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid Certified (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1st year, whichever is first). For Canada, Lifesaving Society Lifeguard certification and Standard FA with CPR C.
Lifeguard Certification within 60 days of hire
Must complete all job specific requirements with Life Time Education.
