ACCESS is seeking an exceptional high school teacher who believes students with learning differences can achieve extraordinary things when instruction is designed around their individual strengths. In this role, you will lead a supportive high school classroom, provide engaging and individualized instruction, and work alongside a teaching assistant and a multidisciplinary team. What You’ll Do Design and deliver engaging, multisensory instruction tailored to individual learning needs Provide high school-level academic instruction, including mathematics Adapt lessons and instructional materials to support different learning styles and abilities Use student data, assessments, and progress monitoring to guide instruction Develop and implement individualized education and behavior-support plans Lead and mentor a teaching assistant assigned to the classroom Collaborate with therapists, families, school leadership, and support professionals Maintain an organized, structured, and visually supportive classroom Communicate proactively and professionally with parents and caregivers Integrate technology and creative teaching strategies into daily instruction
