What You’ll Do Teaching Partners work alongside a classroom Teacher Leader to support a calm, well-prepared environment for children. Daily responsibilities include: Supporting Montessori classroom routines and transitions Helping prepare and maintain the classroom environment Observing children and supporting their independence Assisting with literacy routines and language-rich interactions Maintaining clear communication with the classroom team Contributing to a culture of respect, order, and curiosity Over time, Teaching Partners begin leading small routines and developing their own classroom skills.

Completed or nearly completed college coursework toward a bachelor’s degree. Many of our strongest candidates are recent graduates or students finishing their final year of college.
Experience working with children in environments such as camps, tutoring, childcare, mentoring, or youth programs is highly valued.
A willingness to develop your craft as an educator through ongoing training and feedback. Compensation Teaching Partners are hourly team members and are paid based on experience and background working with children.
