An Assistant Teacher's primary responsibility is to assist and support the evolving needs of the Preschool. Preschool needs include but are not limited to: assisting Lead Teachers, helping with meal time procedures, performing light housekeeping and sanitation duties, providing lunch coverage, and acting as a substitute to cover teacher absences. Assistant Teacher’s assist where needed to ensure FCA Preschool maintains a Christian atmosphere where students are loved, nourished, developmentally encouraged, and expertly cared for throughout each day.
