The Future 2 Teacher plays a critical role in guiding students through innovative, experience-based learning designed to accelerate academic growth, develop durable life skills, and increase student engagement. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction while serving as a coach and motivator for students in grades 3–8. The Future 2 Teacher supports a non-traditional learning model that blends rigorous academics, adaptive and AI-supported learning, and real-world experiences to prepare students for long-term success. The Future 2 Teacher collaborates closely with administrators, learning coaches, apprentices, families, and community partners to ensure students feel known, challenged, and supported while meeting academic and experiential promotion requirements.
A bachelor's degree is required, and a valid Texas Teacher Certification or enrollment in a certification program is preferred. Candidates should ideally have 0-5 years of teaching experience and a strong background in coaching or mentoring students.
