The YMCA is looking for Assistant Teachers in several Greater Cleveland licensed locations, and you're welcome to apply at multiple sites!

Encourage active participation and age-appropriate social interactions.
Develop friendly and respectful relationships with families from diverse backgrounds.
Identify, document, and report suspected child abuse and neglect as required by law.

Implement weekly lesson plans.
Assist with data collection on growth, development, and learning.
Physical Requirements: Able to lift and move up to 50lbs.
Sound perception at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
Able to orally communicate and instruct.
