Provide patient and caring support to three and four-year-old children in a preschool setting. Maintain positive relationships with staff, families, and children while adhering to licensing standards.

Prior experience with Preschool children a must.
Knowledge of or willing to learn NAEYC and CT State Licensing Standards.
Must be willing to attend all necessary trainings, be certified in First Aid (CT Childcare)/CPR or willing to become certified.
Team player with the ability to have a good rapport with fellow staff, families and children a must.
Bi-lingual skills in Portuguese or Spanish a plus.
