Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking an Early Head Start Lead Teacher to lead a classroom serving infants and toddlers ages 0–3 during the most critical years of development. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally responsive environment that supports early learning and healthy attachment.
You will implement curriculum aligned with Head Start standards, guide daily routines, and individualize care to meet each child’s unique needs. As the classroom leader, you will mentor support staff, model best practices in infant–toddler care, and build strong partnerships with families to promote growth at home and in the classroom.
