Essential Functions: Admissions Support & Coordination Create and maintain the annual admissions calendar, including screening and family interview scheduling. Oversee all communication related to admissions appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Organize and prepare data and paperwork for screenings and interviews, ensuring all necessary materials are ready for administration staff. Maintain student data specific to the admissions process, including birth certificates, immunization records, and educational records. Maintain records for enrolled students, including testing and academic records. Organize and maintain both digital and hardcopy student record files, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible. Coordinate and assist with admissions events and activities. Student Records & Administrative Support Assist the Head of Admissions with additional duties as needed, ensuring smooth operation of the admissions process and student data management. Physical and Safety Requirements: This is a safety-sensitive position; employees may be required to undergo drug and alcohol testing. Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a desk or computer. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, via phone, and email. Additional Expectations: Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics. Attend school events such as chapel, staff meetings, and other school functions when possible. Participate in school initiatives such as fundraising, recruitment, and volunteer programs as needed. Flexibility to take on other duties to support the school as necessary.
