The Lead Teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and maintaining a safe, organized classroom environment. They must also manage parent communications and conduct biannual parent-teacher conferences.
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a Bachelor's degree, an elementary Montessori Certification, or an applicant who is in the process of obtaining certification as well as classroom experience.
Compensation: $18- $20 an hour based on experience and education
