About the role

Provide one-to-one supportive guidance and behavioral support to children with special needs in school settings. Collect daily client data to track progress toward goals and essential skill development.

BAYADA Behavioral Health is seeking energetic, confident Paraprofessionals / Skills Trainers who can provide strong, supportive guidance to children with special needs. In this role, you will deliver one‑to‑one services in school settings, working with students ages three through twenty. Our Paraprofessionals / Skills Trainers play a key part in helping children build essential skills and achieve meaningful progress in their daily lives. Paraprofessional opportunities are currently available in Hilo, Honoka'a, Laupahoehoe, Waimea, Kohala, Waikoloa, Kona, and surrounding communities.

Compensation

  • $16-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
