About the role Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking enthusiastic Sports Instructors to lead Volleyball skills training in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment in Bentonville, AR.
This is a great opportunity to help participants build confidence, develop their skills, and enjoy the game of volleyball.
Part-time opportunity Approximately 2 hours per week Ideal for individuals who are passionate about volleyball and enjoy coaching others Responsible for sports instruction in soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc. to both children and adults.
Provide high quality individual/group sports lessons to children and/or adults of varying abilities. Setup/breakdown of area before/after lessons. Assist in the promotion of sporting events and helping to answer member questions about classes, leagues, tournaments, etc. Perform other duties as needed/assigned.
Minimum
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, National Safety Council, and American Safety & Health Institute. One (1) or more years sports teaching experience with children and/or adults. Professional appearance and attitude. Ensure students/players adhere to safety guidelines and demonstrate good sportsmanship. The compensation range for this role is $28 - $30 per 60 minute class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
