The Developmental Baseball Coach program is designed to provide aspiring coaches with comprehensive, hands-on experience in a Division I baseball environment. Participants will support the Ole Miss Baseball coaching staff in all phases of the program, including game planning, practice preparation, data analysis, and recruiting, while engaging in a structured professional development curriculum. Job Responsibilities: Assist with preparation of video cut-ups, scouting reports, charts, and playbook materials for coaches. Assist with opponent advance scouting to identify tendencies, pitch patterns, formations, and areas of weakness. Complete self-scouting and internal film review to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare data reports, graphs, charts, and statistical profiles to support coaching strategy and decision-making. Assist with practice planning and game-day operations, including charting, organization, communication, and logistics support. Support recruiting efforts through talent evaluation, recruiting research, and prospect tracking. Assist with other baseball operations and program support tasks as assigned by the coaching staff. Substitution Statement: An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role.
