Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and daily activities Supervise and engage children in educational play, arts and crafts, and structured learning exercises Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment Assist with daily routines including meals, nap time, and transitions Observe and document children's developmental progress and behavior Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's daily activities and milestones Ensure compliance with childcare licensing regulations and safety standards
