At My Kids Childcare, we are seeking a strong, engaging, and dependable Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with preschool-aged children, understands child development, and values being part of a supportive, professional school environment. This is not a babysitting position. You will not be left to figure things out on your own. We are looking for a dedicated educator who wants to create meaningful classroom experiences, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a collaborative team that takes pride in early childhood education. What You’ll Do Create a safe, nurturing, organized, and engaging classroom environment Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences Support children’s academic, social, and emotional growth Encourage curiosity, independence, creativity, and confidence Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Communicate regularly with families about daily activities and student progress Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-managed classroom What We’re Looking For Experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting A genuine passion for teaching and connecting with young children Dependability, professionalism, and strong communication skills A team player who contributes positively to the workplace The ability to balance energy with patience in the classroom An understanding of the importance of early childhood development
Early childhood education experience strongly preferred CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred Must meet Ohio licensing requirements for childcare staff Pay: $15.00 – $24.00 per hour
