We have an amazing opportunity to hire year-round Preschool & Toddler teachers in our preschool classrooms (ages 2.5-4).

A DAY IN THE CLASSROOM As a Preschool/Toddler Teacher…. Collaborate with co-teachers to create high quality experiences for the children in your class Meaningful experiences include time in our art studio, taking children to the farm to feed the goats, cooking with fresh food from the greenhouse Fostering meaningful social experiences between students as they are learning to develop friendships Partnering with parents and families in our community to best support all the children in our school COMPENSATION & BENEFITS This is a part-time (up to 24 hours per week), year-round position with an hourly range of $20.99-$25.48 per hour commensurate with experience and education. Employee benefits currently include a 403(b) retirement savings plan with immediate vesting and an employer match up to 4%, substantial staff discounts, as well as plentiful time off (vacation, sick, holidays).
The desired start date is August 4, 2026.
The anticipated closing date for this position is July 24, 2026.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Our teachers work together in a co-teaching team while performing regular duties. You will be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, or kneel, and to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
