We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Gymnastics Educator to join our growing team and lead after-school gymnastics programs for elementary school students. This role is ideal for instructors who are passionate about gymnastics, enjoy working with children, and are committed to creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment. In this role, you will: Teach age-appropriate gymnastics fundamentals and movement skills to students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade. Ensure student safety and well-being at all times. Foster confidence, coordination, balance, flexibility, and teamwork through gymnastics instruction. Plan and lead engaging gymnastics classes and skill-building activities. Adapt instruction to different ages, skill levels, and learning styles. Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork. Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement. Maintain accurate attendance and incident records. Prepare and organize equipment and activity materials, keeping the learning space clean and safe.
$50 18+ years of age. Experience in gymnastics, coaching, cheer, tumbling, or a related discipline. Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR). Authorization to work in the US.
