Candidates must meet one of the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education, English, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field OR Valid Arizona teaching certificate with an ESL/SEI endorsement or other appropriate certification Additionally, candidates must: Demonstrate strong classroom management skills. Pass required background checks and obtain an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Demonstrate commitment to serving Title I and multilingual communities. Exhibit knowledge of second-language acquisition strategies and best practices for English learners. Show strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven instruction. Exhibit collaboration, professionalism, and initiative in a team-based environment.
