As a Middle School Language Art Teacher at Stratford School, you will implement a comprehensive curriculum fostering language proficiency, critical thinking, and literacy skills among students in grades six through eight. You will also Plan, supervise, and implement curriculum Collaborate with other faculty and staff members Monitor and assess student progress Maintain an ordered and arranged classroom environment What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Previous teaching experience, preferably in middle school or upper elementary grades Knowledge of language arts curriculum standards and instructional strategies Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
