Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Assistant Twos Teacher to join our early childhood education team!
Our twos program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundation for a lifetime love of learning.
As a Assistant Twos Teacher, you’ll guide curious little learners through hands-on experiences that encourage exploration, language development, and social growth — all within a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment.
What You’ll Do Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development.
Foster social-emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem-solving.
Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent.
Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration.
Partner with your co-teachers and school leaders to uphold a supportive classroom culture.
Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements. CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Prior experience in a licensed childcare center. Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and exploration.
