Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and manage classrooms for individuals on the Autism Spectrum. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising teacher's assistants, and maintaining required program documentation.
This position requires you to work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum between the ages of 5-22 years old
is $65,000-$90,000 annually - Commensurate with level of certification, education, experience and ABA credentials (if applicable).
Location of position is in Bronx, NY
QSAC Special Education Teachers require NY State certification (Students with Disabilities/1-6, 7-12). Teaching responsibilities include implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEP), classroom management, participation in annual meetings, and completion of required reports. Extensive training and support are provided with opportunities for professional growth and development.
