The Learning Experience – Jenison is looking for a passionate Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team. This full-time position begins later in the morning and continues through our afternoon and closing routines, making it ideal for educators who prefer a later start while still enjoying the stability and benefits of a full-time Monday–Friday schedule.
You'll help create a positive, engaging environment where preschool-aged children build confidence, independence, and the foundational skills they'll carry into kindergarten and beyond.
Key Responsibilities: Support children through engaging classroom activities, learning centers, and daily routines
Foster language development, early literacy, problem-solving, and social-emotional growth
Guide children through afternoon instruction, outdoor play, meals, transitions, and end-of-day activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Build meaningful relationships with children and their families
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to provide a consistent, high-quality educational experience
Ensure compliance with all Michigan childcare licensing and health and safety requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required
Previous childcare or early childhood education experience preferred
Passion for helping young children learn and grow
