Performance Coach

Elite Performance Center · Upgrade Lives Through Movement.

We're not looking for someone to lead workouts. We're looking for someone who wants to master the profession of coaching.

At KIME Fit, we believe coaching is one of the most meaningful professions in health and performance.

We exist to help people upgrade their lives through improved functional fitness. Every member who walks through our doors has a goal. Some want to become stronger. Others want to return to the activities they love. Some are rebuilding confidence after injury, while others are pursuing peak performance.

Our role is simple

coach them there.

We're looking for Performance Coaches who believe movement changes lives and who are committed to mastering the science and art of coaching. This isn't simply leading workouts—it's building healthier, stronger, more capable people.

Who We Are

KIME Fit is the performance division of KIME Performance Physical Therapy, where fitness and sports medicine work together under one roof.

Unlike traditional gyms, our coaches collaborate alongside Doctors of Physical Therapy to deliver intelligent, evidence-informed training that prioritizes movement quality, progressive overload, long-term resilience, and measurable improvement.

Every class is designed with intention.

Every movement has a purpose.

Every coach has an impact.

  • Coach of movement
  • Teacher of strength and resilience

  • Leader of culture and energy
  • Champion for every member's success

Your responsibility isn't to perform the workout. Your responsibility is to coach every member toward better movement, greater confidence, and meaningful progress.

What you'll do

Build relationships that inspire long-term commitment.

Help create a positive, high-energy training environment.

Collaborate with physical therapists and fellow coaches to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Continue developing your coaching knowledge through ongoing education and mentorship.

What success looks like

Great coaching is measured by more than workouts completed. At KIME, success means:

Every member receives meaningful coaching feedback.

Movement quality always comes before intensity.

Members train safely and progressively.

Coaching is energetic, positive, and professional.

Every class reflects the KIME standard.

Members leave stronger—physically and mentally—than when they arrived.

Love coaching more than counting reps.

Believe movement quality drives performance.
