Market context

Infant teaching roles are in steady demand

In Michigan, infant classroom positions are often competitive because centers need teachers who can meet state childcare licensing rules and handle the pace of a busy infant room. Prior childcare experience is required here, and infant experience plus a CDA are strongly preferred, so candidates with those credentials may stand out. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this page to save time, then confirm your licensing status and prepare examples of nurturing, team-based infant care.
