About the Role

We are hiring a Direct Support Professionals to support adults with disabilities in a day center setting. In this role, you’ll help clients build independence, engage in meaningful activities, and develop essential life skills in a supportive environment.

Pay: The pay for the position is $20.00 to $20.65.

A typical day will include: Supporting clients in learning life, social, and personal care skills Assisting with daily needs, including feeding, toileting, and mobility Leading engaging group and individual activities Documenting progress and ensuring accurate case records

What you’ll need to be successful: High school diploma or GED Six (6) months of experience working with individuals with disabilities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

We’d love it if you: Have experience with case management systems (Therap preferred) Are bilingual in English and Spanish Have previous experience in a caregiving or teaching role

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of experience working with individuals with disabilities. Candidates must possess a valid California Driver's License, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
