Market context

California SLPA roles remain in steady demand

In California, Speech Language Pathology Assistant roles are commonly tied to school and pediatric service needs, so openings can be competitive where districts and clinics are staffing consistently. Employers often screen closely for a valid CA SLPA license, an associate’s degree in speech-language pathology, and health clearance requirements, while benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, and 401k can help a package stand out. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and TB documentation before applying.
