Leads - minimum 6 months prior experience is a licensed facility Assistants - Previous experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting (preferred) Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff members Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children CPR and First Aid certification is a plus We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing quality care for children.
