Pay Rates as Follows: Assistants and floats: $15-16/hr Leads: $17-19/hr Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare facility Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote physical education, child welfare, and math skills Supervise children during playtime, meals, and nap time Assist with potty training and personal hygiene tasks Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in the facility Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
Leads - CDA or degree in ECE (preferred) Assistants - Previous experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting (preferred) Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff members Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children CPR and First Aid certification is a plus Job Type: Full-time
