Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for toddlers. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning. Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and daily activities. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes exploration. Requirements

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Creative mindset with a focus on engaging and interactive learning. Background check clearance required prior to employment.
