At UFC GYM, we raise the bar of what a "Big Gym" experience should be. We offer our members everything under one roof—from MMA-inspired training and robust cardio to specialized studio classes. We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and high-octane Strength Instructor to lead our members through results-driven, powerful resistance training sessions.
As a Strength Instructor, you aren't just teaching a class; you’re leading an experience. You will plan and deliver structured, effective group fitness classes that focus on building lean muscle, improving technique, and increasing functional strength. Whether members are beginners or seasoned lifters, you’ll help them push their limits and reach their peak performance.

Education &
Form: Educate participants on proper lifting form, body alignment, and modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout for all fitness levels.
Community
Connection: Welcome new participants, build rapport with members, and foster a positive, inclusive class environment.
Operational
Standards: Arrive early for setup, start/end on time, and ensure all weights and studio equipment are handled and stored correctly.
Act as a brand ambassador by promoting gym programs, special events, and membership perks. What You Bring
Strong knowledge of exercise science principles, anatomy, and safe resistance training techniques.
High physical stamina and a personality that can motivate and command a room.
Clear, effective cueing and excellent interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse membership base.
Previous group fitness instruction (specifically Strength or Resistance training) is highly preferred. Certifications
Current Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA preferred). Specialty format certifications as required. CPR/AED certification. Why Join the Team?
