A bachelor's degree in Special Education or a closely related field is required; a master's degree is considered an asset. Previous experience supporting students with diverse learning needs in a school setting is preferred. Applicants must also hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Learning Behavior Specialist I (LBS1) endorsement.
