Infant Teacher – Build Strong Foundations from Day One
The Learning Experience – Foxboro is looking for a compassionate Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities: Provide loving, attentive care for infants in a safe and engaging classroom
Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized care
Plan age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
Encourage language, motor, cognitive, and social-emotional development
Maintain open communication with families regarding each child's progress
Keep the classroom clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership
Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required: Previous infant classroom experience preferred
Strong understanding of infant development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
