Early Childhood Education Teacher – Infant & Toddler Program
The Learning Experience – Billerica is seeking a certified Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our Infant and Toddler team. This position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about creating meaningful early learning experiences while providing the nurturing care young children need during their most important developmental years.
You'll help children build confidence, curiosity, communication skills, and strong social-emotional foundations through responsive caregiving and engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
What You'll Do: Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom for infants and toddlers
Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences that encourage exploration and development
Support children's language, cognitive, sensory, physical, and social-emotional growth
Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines
Observe developmental milestones and communicate regularly with families
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership to provide exceptional care and education
Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards
Qualifications: Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler) required
Previous experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, nurturing, and professional approach
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
