Infant Teacher – Make a Difference from the Very Beginning
The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking a caring and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. If you're passionate about nurturing young children during their most important developmental stage, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact every day.
As an Infant Teacher, you'll create a safe, loving, and engaging environment where babies can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones through responsive caregiving and meaningful interactions.
Responsibilities: Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants in a warm and welcoming classroom
Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized care plans
Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
Foster early language, cognitive, motor, and social-emotional development
Observe children's progress and communicate regularly with families
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
Collaborate with fellow educators to provide exceptional care and education
Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety requirements
Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required: Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
Strong understanding of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, patient, and nurturing approach
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
