The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is seeking a caring and energetic Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Working with children who are preparing for preschool, you'll help foster independence, communication, and confidence through engaging, hands-on learning experiences.

What You'll Do: Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for Prepper-aged children
Lead age-appropriate activities that encourage language, early literacy, creativity, and problem-solving
Help children develop self-help skills, confidence, and independence
Support daily routines, transitions, meals, and outdoor play
Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets all licensing and safety standards
Collaborate with center leadership and teaching teams to provide exceptional care and education
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience working in a childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood setting preferred
Passion for helping young children learn and grow
Strong communication and teamwork skills
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
