We're hiring part-time childcare coaches to lead classes, run birthday parties, and create genuinely great experiences for kids ages 6 weeks–10 years.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead structured movement classes - obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, music, and more Run birthday parties, camps, and special events Build real relationships with the families who come back every week No My Gym experience needed - we fully train the right people PAY & SCHEDULE $20–$22/hr based on experience, plus tips 10–30 hrs/week (varies by season) Year-round position, not seasonal Some weekend shifts, plus a paid weekly Friday team meeting to stay in sync with your crew YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...
