THE ROLE As a Part-Time Youth Mentor, you’ll play a key role in our youth services program, supporting youth with disabilities in achieving their personal goals. Hourly Rate

$16.60/hour Hours: 10-20 hours per week After-school programming: 2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Summer programming: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday) Flexibility: Scheduling tailored to your availability WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide support to youth participants with disabilities. Assist during after-school hours (2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.) and adjust to summer schedules (8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.). Work collaboratively with the Aptiv team to help youth develop independence, social, and life skills. Mentor participants one-on-one and in small group settings. Teach emotional regulation, coping, and anger management strategies. Maintain consistency, strong communication, and accurate, up-to-date documentation. QUALIFICATIONS Must be 18 years or older. Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation. Meet the State of Wisconsin’s minimum auto insurance requirements.
