Assist during after-school hours (2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.) and adjust to summer schedules (8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.). Work collaboratively with the Aptiv team to help youth develop independence, social, and life skills. Mentor participants one-on-one and in small group settings. Teach emotional regulation, coping, and anger management strategies. Maintain consistency, strong communication, and accurate, up-to-date documentation. QUALIFICATIONS Must be 18 years or older. Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation. Meet the State of Wisconsin’s minimum auto insurance requirements.
