Adapt and modify to meet participant needs Leads with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program. Manage all equipment to ensure safety. Maintains a clean and risk-free environment. Ensures all children are picked up by a parent. Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person. Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. QualificationsWhat You'll Need Must be 18 years of age or older Demonstrate ability to develop and teach skills Experience working with children and/or adults with special needs Prior knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in program area Ability to effectively use technology for programmatic needs Obtain and maintain all new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire Work Conditions and Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
