Merakey is seeking a Hybrid OVR Transition Coordinator to support students and participants with disabilities in preparing for employment and independence through partnership with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the Clearfield Count, PA area.

75% field work in the community (School districts) 25% remote
$24.00/Hour | monday–friday - 8am to 5pm

Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, or Social Work and residency in Clearfield County, PA. Preferred experience includes 2 years in OVR, vocational rehabilitation, or special education transition services.
